Escambray Encounter
ESCAMBRAY ENCOUNTER:
Friday 22nd October to Sunday 31 October 2010
Are you looking for a challenge that will provide you with memories which will last forever? Then you should consider Afghanaid's Escambray Encounter!
If you are interested in taking part, on the trip you will:
- See World Heritage sites of Havana and Trinidad
- Trek through citrus groves and sugar plantations
- See Santa Clara, site of the Revolution's final battle
- Explore Old Havana
- Optional Beach or Havana City extension
In order to take part in the challenge, you will need to pay a £295 deposit fee and pay or fundraise £2785 (with an additional £64 for travel insurance).
While preparing, we will provide you with a dedicated event manager to help you reach the fundraising target and answer any questions. Also, we will organise a pre-trip event so you can meet your fellow trekkers.
