Afghanaid is an international charity that operates only in Afghanistan. We work alongside Afghans in the most remote and marginalised areas of Afghanistan, to help them meet their survival and development needs.

Take part in a challenge event
Ever thought of running a marathon, trekking along the Great Wall of China or cycling from London to Paris? You can do all of these things and many more besides whilst fundraising for Afghanaid. Take a look at the events we have on offer this year on our challenge events page.
Fundraise in your community
Hold a fundraising event in your own home - we currently have host packs available to help you put on a fun Apples for Afghanistan Party, a Green Tea Party or a Musical Fundraiser.

Volunteer your time

Make a purchase from our shop

Online fundraising
If you can't find what you're looking for in our own shop perhaps it's available on ebay or amazon. There are ways in which you can raise money for Afghanaid whist using these and several other sites. We have a list of easy and fun ways in which you can fundraise online here.
Recycle
Possibly one of the simplest ways to raise money for Afghanaid! Just contact us at the office +44 (0) 20 7065 0825 and ask us to send you a recycling bag. Then post any old mobile phones, inkjet printer cartridges or laser and tonor cartridges to our partners at Recycle 4 Charity and we will receive a donation. The full list of recyclable products can be found on the Recycle 4 Charity website.
In partnership with Recycling for Good Causes, you also can donate your old necklaces, bracelets, chains and earrings - in return a donation is made to Afghanaid. You can also include old or unwanted currency.
