Sahara Desert Trek
SAHARA DESERT TREK:
Saturday 4th September to Saturday 11th September 2010
Are you looking for a challenge that will provide you with memories which will last forever? Then you should consider Afghanaid's Sahara Desert Trek!
If you are interested in taking part, on the trip you will:
- Visit Ouarzazate, gateway to the Sahara
- Travel across amazing landscapes
- Cross the Maider El Kbir
- Climb Jebel Lamrakeb
- Visit nomad tents and caves
In order to take part in the challenge, you will need to pay a £325 deposit fee and pay or fundraise £1950 (with an additional £39 for travel insurance).
While preparing, we will provide you with a dedicated event manager to help you reach the fundraising target and answer any questions. Also, we will organise a pre-trip event so you can meet your fellow trekkers.
