Trek to Machu Picchu
TREK TO MACHU PICCHU:
Friday 10th September to Sunday 19th September 2010
Are you looking for a challenge that will provide you with memories which will last forever? Then you should consider Afghanaid's Trek to Machu Picchu!
If you are interested in taking part, on the trip you will:
- Explore the Inca capital of Cusco
- Hike in the Peruvian Andes
- Go down alternative, uncrowded routes
- Reach the lost city of Machu Picchu
- Optional white water rafting extension
In order to take part in the challenge, you will need to pay a £545 deposit fee and pay or fundraise £3500 (with an additional £67 for travel insurance).
While preparing, we will provide you with a dedicated event manager to help you reach the fundraising target and answer any questions. Also, we will organise a pre-trip event so you can meet your fellow trekkers.
