This book features the poetry of Hoseini (Afghan) and Shabostari (Iranian).  They take verses from the Koran and translate them into the poetry explaining God’s love.  The poetry highlights themes of material world, individual need for God’s love.  This is a calming read which is a personal journey of inner spirituality.  Originally published in 1955 this is the new addition printed in 1990.  The book includes a biography of each poet and discusses their style of poetry.  The book is available in Farsi.
