  1. Who We Are
  2. Meet the Team

Meet the team

Afghanaid employs around 300 staff, the vast majority of whom are Afghan and more than a third of whom are women. We're headquartered in Kabul with provincial offices in Samangan, Badahkshan, Ghor, and Daykundi. We also have a small London office which supports our fundraising, communications and programme design. This structure enables Afghanaid to use its resources in the most efficient and sustainable way and have the greatest possible impact in the vulnerable communities we work with.

We couldn't do the work we do without you, which is why we value your trust so highly.
