In the context of all the tragic events happening in the world right now, it's important we don't forget the terrible problems which continue to exist within Afghanistan. Afghanaid are one of the few charities left in the country providing people with the the skills and knowledge to help them find ways out of their difficult situations.

This year's ride takes us from Hull to Carlisle over 4 days of gruelling cycling. With 30 people riding the route, it's a complex feat of organisation, but as normal none of the money we raise goes towards the expenses of the ride.

Please do support us with whatever you can spare for this great charity.
