One month, 100 miles, £150 raised to support Afghan families

2023 has been an extremely challenging year for the people of Afghanistan, with 28 million currently requiring humanitarian assistance, and over 15 million facing extreme food insecurity. Help us reach as many families as we can with emergency relief, all whilst raising awareness of Afghanistan's ongoing humanitarian crisis, by taking on the #100MileChallenge!

The idea is simple. Walk, run or wheel 100 miles across one month, and raise life-saving funds to support some of Afghanistan's most at-risk families.

How can I get involved?

To get involved in the #100MileChallenge, just follow these simple steps!

Decide how you would like to complete your 100 miles - either walk, run or wheel!
Create your fundraising page on Facebook - follow this link. If you don't have Facebook, feel free to set up a fundraising page on our website.
Set your fundraising target — we encourage you to set your target to a minimum of £150.
Join our #100MileChallenge community group on Facebook to share tips and ideas with our people taking on the challenge!
At the beginning of the month, start your challenge, and let your friends and family know more about the humanitarian crisis.
When the month is finished and you have reached your fundraising target, receive a free Afghanaid tote bag as a thank you for standing with Afghan communities!
