• Hold an Afghan inspired birthday dinner party using our Afghan recipe book and ask guests to donate how much they would have paid for the meal.

• £10 provides schools with proper toilets and access to clean water, encouraging attendance and reducing illness.
• £20 buys 20 apple trees for a family, giving them a new source of income and nutrition.
• £50 buys a woman a watering can & gardening tools so that her vegetable plot can flourish.
• £100 provides training in conflict resolution, advocacy or gender rights, as part of human rights defender training.
